Preston joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 1995. Previously, Preston was an analyst with Brentwood Associates, a venture capital and leveraged buyout firm. Prior to Brentwood Associates, he was an analyst in the merchant banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. During business school, Preston was an associate at Crescent Capital Corporation, an investment firm focused on below investment-grade and mezzanine securities.
Preston is a director of C-P Flexible Packaging, Magnum Manufacturing and Thaler Machine; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in Century Linen & Uniform, Miller Integrated Solutions and True Sports.
Preston was previously a director of American Grease Stick, American Track, Amerin Insurance Company, Century Mold, Hunt Valve Company, Kellstrom Defense, Metal Spinners, Miller Heiman, Prospect Mold, Riddell Sports Group, Salient Federal Solutions, Stampede Meat, Tooling Technology, Windy Hill Pet Food Company, Tweeter Home Entertainment Group and Urban CableWorks.
Preston received degrees in economics and engineering with honors from Princeton University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, where he was a venture capital fellow.
Doug rejoined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2004 after his time as an associate from 2000 through 2002. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Doug was an analyst at Parker/Hunter Incorporated, where he provided M&A advisory services to small and middle market companies in a broad range of industries. During business school, Doug was an associate in the Technology & Communications Group at Raymond James & Associates.
Doug is a director of CST Utilities, Engineered Performance Technologies, Impact Electronic Solutions, Mantaline, Mellott Company, Rescon Holdings and RIE Coatings; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investment in Buffalo Games.
Doug was previously a director of ACI Electronics, Alinabal, American Grease Stick, Cape Electrical Supply, Century Mold, Distribution International, Evercast Concrete, Medical Laboratory Diagnostics, Molded Devices, Mountainside Fitness, Pet Partners, Reliable Parts, Sauce Holdings, Storage Battery Systems and VWS Holdco.
Doug received a BA in Sociology and Political Science with high honors from Westminster College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Doug joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2002. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Doug was an analyst in the Leveraged Capital Group with Wachovia Securities, where he specialized in financial sponsor transactions. At Wachovia, Doug supported the origination, underwriting and syndication of leveraged bank loans, mezzanine debt issues and private equity investments across a broad range of industries.
Doug is a director of an undisclosed investment in the Landscaping Services sector, House of Cheatham and an undisclosed investment in the Infrastructure sector; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in CR Fitness, Gen4 Dental Partners, Hoskin Scientific, Pave America and an undisclosed investment in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Rob joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2007. Prior to joining PNC, Rob was an analyst for the Sterling Group, L.P., where he evaluated and executed leveraged buyout investments in middle market industrial companies. Before Sterling, Rob was an associate consultant for L.E.K. Consulting LLC where he provided strategic and operations advisory services to a broad range of clients.
Rob is a director of 4 State Trucks, Alinabal, English Riding Supply, Identity Group, Mellott Company and Rescon.
Rob was previously a director of Century Mold, Evercast Concrete, Kellstrom, Magnum Magnetics, Polycor, SemiTorr and The Industrial Service Group.

Mike joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2011. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Mike was an Associate at Bacchus Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm focusing in the wine industry. Additionally, Mike was an Analyst at Gordian Group, LLC, a boutique investment bank providing M&A and advisory services for distressed and complex situations across a broad range of industries, as well as spent time in Equity Research at Federated Hermes.

Bill joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2021. Prior to joining, Bill was an Account Manager with Covestro LLC, focusing on business development and sales to niche manufacturing firms in the polyurethane industry.
Bill received a BS in Finance and Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies from The Pennsylvania State University - Erie and a MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at The University of Pittsburgh.
Ryan joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2022. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Ryan served as a Vice President within Piper Sandler's diversified industrials & services investment banking group. Additionally, Ryan spent several years with BB&T Capital Markets and JP Morgan's investment banking groups, serving companies across a range of industries including specialty distribution, services, manufacturing, and building products. Prior to banking, Ryan worked in the data analytics field.

Luke joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2020. Prior to joining, Luke was an Associate with the Lenox Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. Previously, Luke worked as a Consultant with Deloitte and an Analyst with Morgan Stanley.
Luke is a director of Mellott Company and an undisclosed investment in the Infrastructure sector.

Karim joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2021. Prior to joining, Karim was an analyst with the University of Michigan Investment Office focusing on the underwriting of fund commitments and co-investments across the endowment portfolio. Previously, Karim worked as an associate at Cambridge Associates, an institutional investment consultant.
Karim received a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, Greg was a Senior Analyst within Westinghouse Electric Company’s Corporate Development group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Previously, Greg worked as a consultant assisting private equity and strategic buyers with buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Greg received a BS and MS in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Josh joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2023. Prior to joining the team, Josh was an Associate with Raptor Partners, an investment banking firm, where he focused on executing mergers and acquisitions across various industries and providing corporate finance and valuation advisory services. Previously, Josh worked as an Experienced Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Wealth Management Tax Services practice.
Josh received a BS in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from Ithaca College.
Ben joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, Ben was an Investment Banking Analyst with Houlihan Lokey focusing on mergers and acquisitions for aerospace & defense companies. Previously, Ben served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman.
Ben received a BA in Quantitative Economics from Dickinson College.
Yiannis joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2024. Prior to joining, Yiannis was an Investment Associate at Bayview Asset Management, focused on venture capital and growth equity investments in the fintech sector. Previously, Yiannis was an Investment Banking Analyst within Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group, advising companies across the financial services industry. Yiannis started his career as a Rotational Analyst within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division.
Yiannis received a BBA in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
David founded PNC Mezzanine Capital in 1989. Previously, David was a founding member and later president of White River Capital, a bank-affiliated private equity fund and was a commercial banking officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.
David was previously a director of ABP, Brandt, C-P Flexible Packaging, DeVlieg-Bullard, Evercast Concrete, Global Promo Group, Pet Partners, S.R. Smith, Stampede Meat, Stiffel, Test Equity, Weasler Engineering Co. and Wheaton Industries.
David received a BA in economics from Williams College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Michele joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 1993. Michele is responsible for office management and project support and coordinates all PNC Mezzanine Capital's day to day activities.
Michele received an A.A. degree in Business Administration from Bradford Business School.
Sandi joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2023. She is responsible for office management and project support.
Prior to joining, Sandi was an Administrative Coordinator for UPMC. Sandi also provided decades of administrative and tax support for her family’s construction company.
Lou joined PNC Mezzanine Capital as Controller in 2021. Lou has been with PNC Bank for 24 years and has 29 years of banking and financial services experience. Prior to PNC Lou worked as a fund accountant at Federated Investors.
Lou received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College.
