Preston G. Walsh

Preston joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 1995. Previously, Preston was an analyst with Brentwood Associates, a venture capital and leveraged buyout firm. Prior to Brentwood Associates, he was an analyst in the merchant banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. During business school, Preston was an associate at Crescent Capital Corporation, an investment firm focused on below investment-grade and mezzanine securities.

Preston is a director of American Grease Stick Company, American Track Holdings, LLC, Magnum Magnetics Corporation and Thaler Machine; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investment in True Temper, Inc. Preston was previously a director of Century Mold Co., Inc., Kellstrom Holding Corporation, Metal Spinners, Inc., Miller Heiman, Inc., Prospect Mold, Inc., Salient Federal Solutions, Stampede Meat, Inc., The Windy Hill Pet Food Company, Inc., The Riddell Sports Group, Inc., The Hunt Valve Company, Tooling Technology, LLC, the Amerin Insurance Company, Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. and Urban CableWorks LLC.

Preston received degrees in economics and engineering with honors from Princeton University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, where he was a venture capital fellow.

Douglas P. Brosius

Doug rejoined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2004 after his time as an associate from 2000 through 2002. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Doug was an analyst at Parker/Hunter Incorporated, where he provided M&A advisory services to small and middle market companies in a broad range of industries. During business school, Doug was an associate in the Technology & Communications Group at Raymond James & Associates.

Doug is a director of Engineered Performance Technologies, ESAM Holding Company, Molded Devices, Inc., Mellott Company, Mountainside Fitness, Rescon Holdings, LLC and Sauce Holdings, LLC; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in Buffalo Games, LLC and VWS Holdco, Inc. (dba Shoosmith Bros Landfill). Doug was previously a director of ACI Electronics, LLC, American Grease Stick Company, Cape Electrical Supply, LLC, Century Mold Co., Inc., Distribution International, Inc., Evercast Concrete, Medical Laboratory Diagnostics, LLC, Pet Partners LLC, Reliable Parts Holdings, LLC, Storage Battery Systems, LLC. and VWS Holdco, Inc. (dba Shoosmith Bros Landfill).

Doug received a BA in Sociology and Political Science with high honors from Westminster College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

B. Douglas Phillips

Doug joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2002. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Doug was an analyst in the Leveraged Capital Group with Wachovia Securities, where he specialized in financial sponsor transactions. At Wachovia, Doug supported the origination, underwriting and syndication of leveraged bank loans, mezzanine debt issues and private equity investments across a broad range of industries.

Doug is a director of Evercast Concrete, Elgin Equipment Group LLC, Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Hollywood Beauty, Molded Devices, Inc., Sauce Holdings, LLC and an undisclosed investment in the infrastructure industry; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in CR Fitness Holdings, Elgin Fastener Group, LLC, Resource Label Group, Inc. and an undisclosed investment in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Doug was previously a director of Bolttech, Inc., CR Fitness Holdings, Metal Spinners, Inc., Prospect Mold, Inc., Sport & Health Holdings, LLC, Stampede Meat, Inc., Storage Battery Systems, LLC and Tooling Technology, LLC.

Doug received a BA in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Graduate School of Business at the University of North Carolina where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business society.

Rob joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2007. Prior to joining PNC, Rob was an analyst for the Sterling Group, L.P., where he evaluated and executed leveraged buyout investments in middle market industrial companies. Before Sterling, Rob was an associate consultant for L.E.K. Consulting LLC where he provided strategic and operations advisory services to a broad range of clients.

Rob is a director of Evercast Concrete, Identity Group Holdings Corp, Industrial Valve Services, Magnum Magnetics Corporation, Mellott Company, Polycor, Inc., and Rescon Holdings, LLC; and has oversight responsibility for PNC Mezzanine’s investment in SemiTorr Group. Rob was previously a director of Century Mold Co., Inc., Kellstrom Holding Corporation and VWS Holdco, Inc. (dba Shoosmith Bros Landfill).

Rob received a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA with high honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Lamar joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2008. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Lamar was an analyst in the Leveraged Capital Group with Wachovia Securities, where he specialized in financial sponsor transactions. Prior to Wachovia Securities, Lamar worked as a corporate finance intern with UBS Investment Bank in the Technology Division.

Lamar is a director of American Track Holdings, LLC, CP Flexible Packaging, Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Industrial Valve Services, Mellott Company, Thaler Machine and an undisclosed investment in the infrastructure industry. Mike joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2011. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine, Mike worked with Gordian Group, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in middle market restructurings across a broad range of industries. Additionally, Mike worked with Bacchus Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm focused on the wine industry. Mike also spent time in Equity Research with Federated Investors.

Mike is a director of American Grease Stick Company, Evercast Concrete, Hollywood Beauty, Mountainside Fitness and Sauce Holdings, LLC. Mike was previously a director of Metal Spinners, Inc.

Luke I. Pleta

Luke joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2020. Prior to joining, Luke was an Associate with the Lenox Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. Previously, Luke worked as a Consultant with Deloitte and an Analyst with Morgan Stanley.

Luke received a BS in Business from the California University of Pennsylvania and a Specialized Master's in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Alyssa C.Daniel

Alyssa joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2021. Prior to joining, Alyssa was a Senior Analyst with PNC’s Institutional Asset Management Group where she worked closely with a team of investment advisors to actively manage and invest over $3.2Bn in assets. In 2021, Alyssa was recognized by Top 100 in Finance Magazine.

Alyssa received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.

Karim joined PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2021. Prior to joining, Karim was an analyst with the University of Michigan Investment Office focusing on the underwriting of fund commitments and co-investments across the endowment portfolio. Previously, Karim worked as an associate at Cambridge Associates, an institutional investment consultant.

Karim received a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining PNC, Chandrika was a Surgical Scheduler/Administrative Assistant Sr. at UPMC Health System; and she also worked as a C.A.D Designer at Cosmos Technologies in Pittsburgh, PA and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in Miami, FL.

Chandrika has a BFA in Interior Design from International Fine Arts College.
