Annual Fee Disclosure

Annual Fee up to $500 (beginning with the 13th billing cycle after Account opening).  The amount of the annual fee is based on the annual total of net purchases (as defined below) made on the Account for the previous 12 billing cycles as follows:

The term "net purchases" means the total amount of signature-based purchases, Internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, or automatic bill payments made with a card, which are processed or submitted through Visa, less returns, credits and chargebacks.  Certain exclusions apply.  Please see the BusinessOptions Credit Card Agreement for details.

Important Legal Disclosures and Information

  1. Subject to credit approval. Business credit card application must be received between January 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017. Offer limited to one $400 statement credit per BusinessOptions credit card account. New accounts only; not valid for existing BusinessOptions credit card account holders. The $400 statement credit, if earned, will be forfeited if the account is closed before the credit is awarded. The credit will appear on your credit card account statement within 90 days of making $15,000 in qualifying purchases within the first 3 billing cycles after account opening. May not be combined with any other BusinessOptions offer.

  2. The term “qualifying purchases” does not mean all transactions made using the credit card. Transactions resulting from balance transfers, cash advances, wire transfers, fees charged by PNC (for example, annual fees, finance charges and related service charges, if any), and lottery, betting or gambling transactions are not included in qualifying purchases.  

  3. To receive relationship benefits, the checking account must be set up as the billing account for the respective service. See your banker for details.
