Chris Byers

S. Christopher (Chris) Byers is a Senior Digital Product Manager at PNC with more than
20 years of experience in banking, spanning a wide variety of business/operations and risk management roles. His focus includes operational risk management and payments fraud prevention. In his current role, Chris owns and manages PNC’s Account Verification Services offering. Chris has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Kyle Jekot

Mr. Jekot joined PNC Financial Services in 2017 and is currently a member of the Enterprise Technology & Security Business Partners for C&IB. Prior to this role, Mr. Jekot managed the Insider Threat Investigations team and worked as the primary fraud representative for PNC's Operational Risk Management group. In addition to his time at PNC, Mr. Jekot also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Senior Risk Analyst and approximately 6 years as a Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst with the FBI in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jekot is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Blockchain Security Professional, and a published author.

Soo-Youn Yi

Soo has a purpose: To deliver peace of mind so we have unequivocal trust that our data is secure. Soo currently oversees the Security Policy, Governance and Assurance services, reporting to PNC’s Chief Information Security Officer, Susan Koski. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of security policy development, enforcement and regulatory compliance in order to mature the cybersecurity posture of the bank and its partners. Soo has 20 years of experience in technology, healthcare and financial services protecting people’s information and connecting information security to customer satisfaction and as a business differentiator.

Howard Forman

Howard Forman supports PNC’s treasury management team as the Head of Digital Channels. His responsibilities include product management, product development and security functions for PINACLE®, PNC’s corporate online and mobile banking portal, as well as direct access channels (data transmission and APIs). He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics relating to treasury management, payments and cyber security. He has held leadership positions with national industry associations, including NACHA — The Electronic Payments Association and the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). Howard is the past chair of the NACHA Blue Ribbon Panel and a past member of The Payments Institute Board of Regents, and has also served on the AFP Payments Advisory Group. He earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
