PNC Vendor Finance's required Application Disclosures are designed to protect your customers' personal and business information. Something important to them and to you.

We understand that for business purposes, you may choose to use your own "Generic" Application -- and we are okay with this. Simply let us know that you'll provide your customers PNC's separate Application Disclosures (click here to download) by completing the acknowledgement below. We'll keep your acknowledgement on file, and when your signed credit applications come in they'll be processed as usual whether it's our standard credit application or your own.
