While Tempus gateway services, including its PaymentMate software, may be compatible with the payment platforms leveraged by merchant payment processors, Tempus is not the provider of payment processing and related merchant services, and makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding your use of compatible third-party merchant payment processors.
PaymentMate is a software solution available through Tempus' gateway services, which requires an established gateway account and executed agreement with Tempus Technologies. Third party message and data rates may apply to your use of or access to these services, such as fees your internet or wireless carrier may charge you for connection or data usage. Check with your internet or wireless carrier for details regarding your specific internet or wireless plan and any data usage or other charges that may apply.
Tempus services contracted using the Tempus Appendix are only available at customer’s locations in the United States (excluding U.S. territories).
