The merchant account, payment processing, and related merchant solutions are offered by PNC Bank, N.A. or its affiliates (“PNC”). These merchant services, including the establishment and retention of a merchant account, requires a merchant agreement, initial and ongoing reviews of the business, its owners, and subject to approval by PNC. The merchant account and merchant solution offerings are not deposit products and are not guaranteed or insured by the FDIC or any other governmental agency.

Certain merchant solutions may require an internet or data connection. Third party message and data rates may apply to your use of or access to these services, such as fees your internet or wireless carrier may charge you for connection or data usage. Check with your internet or wireless carrier for details regarding your specific internet or wireless plan and any data usage or other charges that may apply.

Certain merchant solutions may include security features such as encryption, tokenization, detection tools and/or other similar components. Use of these solutions may be subject to additional fees, specific implementation requirements, and/or use guidelines. PNC makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding these security features or your use thereof.

Transactions must originate from locations within the United States (excluding U.S. territories) and consistent with your business operations previously disclosed and approved by PNC. Submitted transactions from other locations (including any location outside the U.S.) may result in suspension or termination of your processing services.
