Select Bill Pay to continue.
In the Your Payees section there is an Add A Payee button that allows for adding a new payee with account numbers, names or addresses for one-time, future dated, and recurring payments.
Select Add A Payee to continue.
To add a payee, search for the company name. If found, select the biller. This will navigate to the page to enter payee details, such as account number or billing address.
If the payee can’t be found through search, it can still be added. Simply select the “Enter their details manually" link at the bottom of the screen.
Select Search for a company to continue.
Enter payee details often found on the Biller's statement.
Input account number, payee ZIP code, and an (optional) account nickname for easier reference.
Select Review to continue.
Review the details. Go back to make changes or select Submit to add the payee. Selecting submit will add the payee to the Bill Pay Dashboard.
Select Submit to continue.
Now the payee has been added. The Done button will navigate to the Bill Pay Dashboard. Schedule a payment by selecting the Schedule payment link on the page or by returning to the Bill Pay Dashboard.
Select Done to continue.
Payees can be edited from the Bill Pay Dashboard. To edit a payee, look for the Your Payees section. Use the search bar to type the payee's name or select the payee directly from the list.
Select the highlighted Payee to continue.
The payee details and payment history are displayed on this page. Payments can also be scheduled by selecting the Schedule Payment button.
Review the information in the Payee Details section. If payee details are incorrect or need to be updated, select the Edit button. Payees can also be deleted if no longer needed, or added to groups for easier visibility on the Bill Pay Dashboard.
Select Edit to make updates to the Payee and continue.
The details that can be edited depend on how the payee was added. If it was added via the search feature, the fields that can be edited are the account number and the nickname.
If the payee was added via manually entering details, the fields that can be edited are the name, account number, nickname, address, and phone number.
Make the desired edits, then select Review.
Select Review to continue.
Review any changes that may have been made and confirm the biller's information. If any details need to be edited, select Previous.
Select Save to continue.
There will be a confirmation that the changes have been saved. At this point it’s possible to schedule a payment to the payee. Otherwise, select Done to go back to the Bill Pay Dashboard.

Payees can be deleted from the Bill Pay Dashboard. To delete a payee, look for the Your Payees section and use the search bar to type the payee's name or select the payee directly from the list.
Choose the selected Payee to continue.
The payee details and payment history are displayed on this page. Payments can also be scheduled by selecting the Schedule Payment button.
Payees can be deleted if no longer needed.
Select Delete to continue.
When deleting a payee, a small screen will display on top of the Payee Details screen. Review the action and select Delete Payee to remove the biller. Otherwise, select Keep Payee.
Select Delete Payee to continue.
Once the payee has been deleted, the customer will be taken back to the Bill Pay Dashboard. A green notification will display in the Your Payees section confirming that the payee has been deleted.
Select Accounts to return to the Accounts home page.
