Accounts Home

Accounts home will display general account information​ 

This page will provide account balances, reminders, and new products and offers.

To pay a lending product find the product on the accounts home page and select to make a payment.

 Additionally, payments can be made by selecting the Pay and Transfers in the navigation and then selecting PNC Payments and Advances. This will display the Payments and Advance hub where all loans can be displayed and paid.

 

Select Make A Payment  to continue.

Make A Payment

Choose the From Account​ 

Before making a payment, select a From Account. This is the account used to make a payment on the PNC loan account.

If adding an external account, select Add External Account.

 

Select Next to continue.

Select the payment type​ 

Decide what type of payment to make and when. Choose a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments. After selecting the frequency, select the date for the payment to process.

If selecting a recurring payment, choose the start date and if or when to stop the recurring payment.

 

Select Next to continue.

Select Payment Amount​ 

Choose a payment amount. When paying a credit card, options include minimum payment, last statement balance, current balance, or a custom amount.

Select Review to continue.

Review payment details​ 

Before submitting a one-time payment or new payment schedule, make sure the correct From Account, Frequency, Payment Date, and Payment Amount are entered.

Also, be sure to read the payment disclosures.

 

Select Submit to continue.

Payment Confirmation​ 

After submitting the payment, review the payment processing details and disclosures to learn about when the payment will be processed, if the payment can be edited or deleted, and more.

 

Select Done to return to Accounts Home.
