Make an External Transfer

Transfers Home – Transfer Activity

View combined internal and external transfer activity, organized into “Scheduled” and “History” sections.​

From this page customers can make transfers and navigate to External Transfer Preferences.​

Customers making their first external transfer will be taken through an enrollment process.

Select “Make an External Transfer” to continue.

Enter Transfer Details

Select Accounts

This is where transfers are set up.

Select the desired From and To accounts for this transfer. Once both accounts are selected more Transfer details will appear.​

Enter Transfer Amount 

For a same day transfer, this can’t be more than the From Account balance.

To see transfer limits and estimated amounts remaining, select Read the transfer details.

Select “Transfer Amount” to continue.

Select Date

One-time transfers will default to today’s date. Recurring transfers will default to tomorrow’s date.

On the Transfer Date field, select the calendar icon to display the date picker. For a same day transfer, keep today’s date. For a future dated transfer, select the desired transfer date.

Select “Transfer Date” to continue.

Select Frequency

Select the Frequency dropdown menu to view available options. Select “One time” to create a one-time transfer, and any other option to create a recurring transfer.

Enter Memo and Review

Enter a memo if desired. This will be recorded with the other transfer details, found on the Transfer Activity home page.

Select “Review” to continue.

Review Transfer Details

Check Transfer Details

Review the transfer details. Select Submit to schedule the transfer or Previous to make changes.

Select “Submit” to continue.

Confirmation

Here customers can print the transfer details or save them for their records.

When ready, customers can select Done to go back to the main Transfers page, or Schedule Another Transfer.
