This will be the page to sign on to Online Banking
This page will also provide an option for those who forget their user ID or password.
Select “Forgot User ID Or Password?” to continue.

To get the user ID or reset the password, we’ll need to verify some account and identification information.
Enter any PNC account or credit card number.
Then, select the most convenient identity verification option.
There’s also an option to contact us for those who don’t have access to the provided options.
Select “Next” to continue.
We’ll continue the identity verification process by asking you to verify a one-time passcode.
This one-time passcode will be sent to the selected phone number.
Choose to receive the passcode by text or phone call.
There’s also an option to contact us if there’s issues accessing the phone numbers.
Select “Next” to continue.
After receiving the passcode, enter the 6 digits and select "Verify."
If the code wasn't received or if the code isn't recognized, request a new one by selecting "Send New Passcode."
Select “Verify” to continue.
Note the user ID.
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, enter and confirm a password that meets the requirements.
While typing the password, the icons beside each guideline will indicate whether it meets our requirements.
If you don't need to reset your password, select "Cancel" to return to the Sign On page.
Otherwise, select “Reset Password” to continue.
Enter the user ID provided in the last step and the new password to sign on to Online Banking.
Select “Sign On” to continue.
