Report Your Debit Card Lost or Stolen

Select "Cards" to continue.

Select the Card Actions menu to view ways to service a debit card.
Before reporting a card lost or stolen, be sure to check the transaction history for suspicious activity.
Select "Report Card Lost Or Stolen" to continue.
The card type, account holder, and address will display here. We’ll confirm this address first, so we can send replacement cards to the correct address.
Verify the address is correct by selecting “Yes, this address is right.”
If the address is wrong, there will be options to change it. After the address is updated, the card can be reported lost or stolen.
Select "Review" to continue.
Finally, review this request for accuracy.
After submitting, all cards listed on the review screen will be deactivated.
Select "Submit" to continue.
Replacement cards will be mailed automatically and should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
When new cards arrive, accounts and subscriptions will need to be updated with the new card number.
Select "Done" to finish.
