The Accounts landing page will display general account information
This page will provide account balances, reminders, and new products and offers.
Select the profile and settings icon then “Profile” to continue.

This page will have options to add, edit or remove address, email and phone contact methods.
In addition to adding a new phone number, you can also Edit an existing one from this page.
Select “Edit” to continue.
This page will include fields to enter your new phone number and confirm it. We’ll ask for the same information if you add a phone as well.
There will also be a checkbox that can be selected to make the new phone the primary phone on the account.
There will also be information about how this phone number may be used. The second checkbox will need to be selected to agree to this information.
Select “Next” to continue.
If the updated phone is still a mobile phone, we’ll let you know the importance of verifying it.
When a phone is verified, it can be used with Zelle, alerts and other PNC services. Verifying an updated phone will also keep the existing phone settings. If it is not verified, those settings will be removed.
Select “Next” to continue.
Before the updated phone will appear in the profile, it will need to verified as a contact method.
We'll send a 6-digit passcode to the updated phone to verify it. Have the phone available and turned on.
Select “Verify” to continue.
This message will confirm the changes that were made to the phone contact methods.
Select “Done” to continue.
