All of the places where you can go to manage alerts and communications will be listed

We can text, call, email, and mail account communications to you. These pages allow you to choose why we contact you and how.

You can also access the Paperless page from Statements and Documents.

Select “Paperless” to continue.

Select an Account

This page will include a list of all of the account types eligible for paperless delivery. 

Select “Virtual Wallet Accounts” to continue.

Choose your delivery method for statements

Some account types have fees for paper statements. You can make different paperless selections for each eligible account.

By selecting paperless we will send an email advising when the statement/document is available for viewing in Online Banking.

Select “Save” to continue.

Confirmation

We’ll confirm your paperless selections. 

You can choose digital or paper delivery for notice and letter document types as well.

Select “Notices and Letters” to continue.

Select how you want to receive notices and letters

This page will include a list of all of the account eligible for paperless delivery.

You can choose to have all eligible notices and letters for all accounts sent to you digitally or make selections for each account. 

There aren’t any fees to receive paper delivery of notices and letters. 

Once you make your selections, Select “Save” to continue.

We’ll confirm your paperless selections.
