Cards

On this page, the customer can see their debit and credit cards.​​

There will be two options next to the cards in the Debit and Banking Cards section, “Card Actions” and “Show Card Details.”​

Select “Card Actions” next to the card design to be changed to continue.​

A dropdown with several card management options will appear.​​

From this dropdown, the customer can view and select different ways of managing their debit or banking cards.

Choose Debit Card Design​​

The first step is to choose the card design.​

PNC offers designs for our affiliated sports teams, universities and more.

For this example, select “Pittsburgh Steelers” to continue.

We’ll ask the customer to confirm their design.​

Before proceeding, the customer can review their selection and they have the option to go back.

Select “Confirm Design” to continue.

Verify Address​

We’ll ask the customer to confirm their address.​

The customer can review the address for this account. ​

If the address is not correct, the customer can select “No, this address is wrong.” This will take them to the Personal Information experience where they can change their address.

Select “Yes, this address is correct”, then Next to continue.

Review Debit Card Details​​

The customer can review their selections before submitting.​

The customer can view their card design selection and mailing address to confirm these details are correct.

Select “Submit” to continue.

We’ll confirm the change and next steps.​

It can take 5 to 7 business days to receive the new card in the mail. The customer’s current card will work until they activate their new one.
