The first step of replacing a damaged card is to confirm whether or not PNC has the correct address on file for the account selected.
If the customer selects “No, this address is wrong," they will receive a prompt for them to update their address. This will take them to a different page, but they can return later to complete the request.
Select "Review" to continue.
After selecting “Yes, this address is right,” the customer will proceed to Step 2. Here, they will review the necessary information regarding their replacement card, including which address it will be sent to and what to expect from the new card information.
Select "Submit" to continue.
Once the customer submits their request for a replacement card, they will be shown confirmation that the new card is on the way. This screen will include information about when the customer will receive the card and what to do when they get it.
Select "Done" to continue.
