Wires and International Transfers​ Activity

This page will display scheduled domestic wires and international transfers, as well as wire and international transfer history. ​

Details will include the date of transfer, transfer-from account, recipient information, status of transfer, transfer amount and important numbers for the sender’s records.  ​

Wire Transfer Agreement

This page will display the Self-Service Wire and Money Transfer Agreement.​

The sender can review the agreement within this page, print it, or view a pdf document of the agreement.​

After reviewing the entire agreement, the sender can select the checkbox that says “I have read and agree to these terms.”​

Make An International Transfer

Step 1 – Select Account​

On this page, the customer can select from which account they want to send an international transfer.​

The International Transfer Limits link will open details about how much can be sent.​

Step 2 – Enter Recipient Information​

The sender can then select the country and enter the name and contact information of the recipient.​

The sender can also view the international transfer limits again.​

Step 3 – Enter Recipient Bank Information​

The sender then needs to enter the recipient’s bank details based on the location of their financial institution, including routing number, account number and other details, if needed. ​

The sender can also view the international transfer limits again.​

Step 4 – Enter Amount​

This page will allow the sender to select the currency the recipient will receive and enter the transfer amount. ​

There will also be a dropdown to select the purpose of the international transfer.​

They can also view the fees for the international transfer.  ​

Step 5 – Review Transfer Request​

This page will display the information the sender entered so they can review it before submitting the international transfer.​

Verify Your Identity​

To help protect against fraud, the sender will need to verify their identity by entering a one-time passcode that we’ll send to a verified phone number.  ​

Select "Next" to continue, then select "Verify."

Accept Transfer Terms​​

After the sender verifies their identity, they’ll be shown the transfer details and terms of the international transfer. ​​

The sender will have 15 minutes to review the terms, select the checkbox confirming they accept the terms and fees, and submit the transfer. ​

These terms are specific to this transfer and are separate from the Self-Service Wire and Money Transfer Agreement, which you can review again from this page.  ​

Make An International Transfer

International Transfer Request Submitted​​

After the sender agrees to the terms, they’ll be shown the confirmation page. The sender will see their confirmation number and be informed that the tracking number will be available when the request processes.​​

The sender can cancel this transfer for a limited amount of time.  ​

Select “Done”
