Wires And International Transfers​ Activity

This page will display scheduled domestic wires and international transfers, as well as wire and international transfer history. ​

Details will include the date of transfer, transfer-from account, recipient information, status of transfer, transfer amount and important numbers for the sender’s records. ​

Wire Transfer Agreement

This page will display the Self-Service Wire and Money Transfer Agreement.​

The sender can review the agreement within this page, print it, or view a pdf document of the agreement.​

After reviewing the entire agreement, the sender can select the checkbox that says “I have read and agree to these terms.”​

Step 1 – Select Account​

This page will allow the sender to select from which account they want to send a domestic wire transfer.​

The sender can view details needed to send this transfer when they select details. ​

The View Wire Transfer Fees and Limits link will open details about how much can be sent and fees based on the account type.​

Step 2 – Enter Recipient Information​

This page will allow the sender to enter the name and contact information of the recipient.​

The sender can also view the wire transfer fees and limits again.​

Step 3 – Enter Recipient Bank Information​

This page will allow the sender to enter the recipient’s bank details, including routing number, account number and other details, if needed. The bank name will automatically display. ​

Select “Next” to continue.

Step 4 – Enter Amount​

This page will allow the sender to enter the amount they want to transfer to the recipient. There will also be a dropdown to select the purpose of the wire transfer.​

The sender will be informed if there's a PNC fee for the wire transfer. If the fee doesn't apply, customers will not see a fee displayed on the screen. ​

Select “Next” to continue.

Step 5 – Review Wire Request​

This page will display the information the sender entered so they can review it before submitting the domestic wire transfer. ​

The sender will need to agree to the PNC fee before submitting. If the fee doesn't apply, customers will not need to agree to the fee. ​

They can also select the Self-Service Wire Transfer And Money Transfer Agreement link to review the agreement again.​

Select “Submit” to continue.

Verify Your Identity

For security and to help prevent fraud, the sender will need to verify their identity using their PNC debit or banking card details. ​

Senders who don’t have a debit or banking card can contact us to verify their identity.​

Wire Transfer Request Submitted​

After the sender verifies their identity, they’ll be shown the confirmation page. The sender will see their confirmation number and be informed that the tracking number will be available when the request processes.​

The tracking number can be found on the Wire and International Transfers activity page in Online Banking. ​

The sender can select to send another wire transfer, as well. ​

Select “Done”
