Visit the Cards landing page to lock your cards

All your cards will display on the Cards page along with card information and management tools.

From here, a card can be locked when it has been misplaced. Locking a card helps to prevent it from being used for new transactions. This won't close your card. 

Select "Card Actions" then "Lock Card" to continue.

We will provide the Terms and Conditions for locking your card. This explains the details about locking your card and how it affects your transactions. 

After reviewing it, you’ll check the box to agree with the terms before continuing. 

Select "Lock" to continue.

That’s it – your card will stay locked until you unlock it again.

You can unlock your card anytime by returning to the Cards landing page.

Select "Done" to finish.

After unlocking your card, you can use it again to make purchases.

Select "Unlock Card" to continue.
