The customer will see a pop-up, letting them know that they’re about to connect with the Message PNC experience.
Select “Get Started” to continue.
The customer will be greeted by an automated PNC helper when they first arrive on the Message PNC experience.
Select “Get Started” in the text box to continue.
The customer can ask questions using the “Write your message here” field and selecting send and following the prompts provided by the automated helper. If the question cannot be resolved, they will be connected to a live agent.
Select “End Conversation” to finish chatting.
