From Quick View, there will be other tabs available to manage the selected card.
Select "Account Actions" to continue.
In the Service Your Card section, there are links for managing trips, locking cards and reporting cards lost or stolen.
When reporting a card lost or stolen, there will be questions about suspicious activity on the card – be sure to check the transactions on this card before reporting it lost or stolen.
Select "Report A Card Lost Or Stolen" to continue.
The card type, account holder, and address will display here. We’ll confirm this address first, so we can send replacement cards to the correct address.
Verify the address is correct by selecting “Yes, this address is right.”
If the address is wrong, there will be options to change it. After the address is updated, the card can be reported lost or stolen.
Select "Next" to continue.
Next, there will be a question about unrecognized transactions on this card.
Before reporting this card lost or stolen, be sure to check the transaction history for suspicious activity.
If there is any suspicious activity on this account, you’ll be directed to contact us.
Select "Next" to continue.
Then add some details about the missing card including the date it went missing, if the PIN number was also lost or stolen, and where it went missing.
Select "Next" to continue.
Finally, review this request for accuracy.
After submitting, all cards listed on the review screen will be deactivated.
Select "Submit" to continue.
Replacement cards will be mailed automatically and should arrive in 7 to 10 business days at the address used by this account.
When new cards arrive, accounts and subscriptions will need to be updated with the new card number.
Select "Done" to finish.
