The terms contained in the Service Schedules located on this website are part of the Treasury Management Services Agreement (“TMSA”) and incorporated therein. Any terms used, but not defined, in the Service Schedules will have the meaning set forth in the TMSA.

Tempus Technologies® customers are subject to the terms and conditions in this Tempus Appendix which applies to the services offered to U.S. customers by Tempus, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNC.
