Anthony Allen is an Treasury Management Officer on the PNC Federal Solutions team.

Allen joined PNC in 2025, after 10 years at the U.S. Department of the Treasury – Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Allen served as the program manager for the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), Credit Gateway, Pay.gov (acting) as well as other roles mitigating fraud with the Direct Express debit card program, financial agent oversight and budgeting with the Bank Policy and Oversight team.

Prior to federal service Allen owned and operated a company in Shenzhen, China focused on American education and lived and worked in Asia for 7 years.

Allen holds an MBA and MPA from the University of Hawaii, an BA from Washington State University and is a graduate of ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
