Jerry Shaw is an Assistant Vice President, Client Solution Advisor Sr for PNC Bank’s Federal Solutions team. He joined PNC Bank in diciembre de 2010 serving in various roles within the Retail division ranging from Branch Banking to Consumer Default for 7 years. After serving in Retail, Jerry moved to the C&IB division where he held varying roles within the Process Improvement job family supporting the Commercial Lending & Leasing Operations (CLLO) department for 5 years prior to joining the PNC-Federal Services team.

During Jerry’s tenure in Retail, his most notable responsibilities included leading the Third-Party Collections team, developing business continuity plans, and acting as the Better Way Champion integrating Lean Management Principles for 4 Post-Charge Off Collection teams in the Pittsburgh market. In his Process Improvement roles, Jerry’s work developed his skill sets in process mapping and design, process waste and risk identification, project management, business analytics, and consulting.

Jerry holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts in 2007 and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Acuity Institute School of Business Leadership in 2018.
