Greg Jelinek

Greg Jelinek is the Executive Vice President and National Sales Director for PNC Healthcare, Treasury Management. In addition to his responsibilities leading the sales team for PNC Healthcare Treasury Management, he chairs the PNC Healthcare Client Advisory Board and has responsibility for PNC’s Revenue Cycle Automation Advisory Business.

He joined PNC in 1986. Previously, he led the asset management strategy to grow the Wealth and Institutional Investment business from the PNC Corporate and Institutional Bank. In addition, Jelinek held positions as Market Manager of the Commercial Banking team in Northern Ohio, Chief Credit Officer for the Wealth Management business, head of Business Banking, head of the Dealer Finance unit and various leadership positions in Corporate Banking, Investment Real Estate, Credit and Retail Banking.

Formerly, he served on the boards of the MetroHealth Foundation and the Western Reserve Historical Society and the advisory committee for the Baldwin Wallace Center for Innovation and Growth. Jelinek graduated from the University of Dayton in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 1992, he earned his master’s degree from Cleveland State University.

Todd McCullough

As the managing director of Institutional Healthcare Solutions, Todd heads the Healthcare Solutions Group for PNC Healthcare Asset Management. He is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts in crafting and delivering differentiated solutions for Healthcare entities.

Betty Hamilton

Betty Hamilton is a Managing Director and leads PNC Healthcare’s National Strategy Group. The National Strategy Group was formed to align the traditional commercial and healthcare investment banking platforms at PNC to provide a “one-stop-shop” for addressing clients’ strategic financing needs. Ms. Hamilton has been at PNC since October of 2016, most recently overseeing a strategic partnership that enabled the client to achieve its vision of a patient-centric revenue cycle organization.

Prior to PNC, Ms. Hamilton was Senior Vice President and Practice Manager of Financial Advisory at Kaufman Hall. She served as trusted advisor to a variety of not-for-profit healthcare organizations in evaluating capital structures in context of an organization’s risk tolerance and credit capacity. She has experience in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable financings that include public and private debt issuances for new money, advanced refunding, and current refunding purposes. Ms. Hamilton also advised clients on municipal derivatives transactions that include Board and Finance Committee education, policy-making, structuring, pricing, accounting, and restructuring to better align clients’ risk management objectives. She supported the M&A practice in evaluating capital structure implications and market access for a number of business combinations ranging from joint ventures to system-to-system mergers and for both buy- and sell-side hospitals and health systems. Preceding her work at Kaufman Hall, Ms. Hamilton was a manager of Treasury Operations at Ford and Ford Credit Treasury.

Ms. Hamilton holds an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics, a BS in Finance with High Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business, and is a Schreyer Scholar from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mark Tambussi

Head of Healthcare Equipment Finance

Mark Tambussi is Senior Vice President, National Manager of the PNC Equipment Finance Healthcare business. His overall responsibilities include leading and managing originations for direct and vendor platforms. Mark joined PNC in 2011 tasked with setting the strategic direction for the PNC Equipment Finance Healthcare business. His team structures customized vendor and major account program development for Manufacturers, Health Systems and Medical Group Practices.

A 25-year veteran of the Healthcare and Healthcare Finance Industry, Mark has broad experience in the clinical sales and finance segments with a focus on business development leading cross functional teams. Prior to joining PNC, Mark was Senior Vice President, General Manager at GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services. During his 17 years at GE he held various leadership roles in GE Capital and GE Healthcare Systems.

Mark is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He holds a B.A. from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA and a M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA.

John Wojcik

Commercial Credit Director

John is the Commercial Credit Director for the Corporate Banking Healthcare and Public Finance lines of business. In this role, he and his talented team of experienced professionals are responsible for collaboratively advising on structure and credit risk assessment, as well as decisioning credit requests. Prior to PNC, John was a civil servant for the US Air Force working in budget/finance and logistics. John has been with PNC and predecessor banks for 19+ years, holding a variety of Sales and Credit Risk roles, including Credit Risk Review, Corporate and Commercial Banking Sales Leader, and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.

John earned his MBA from the University of Dayton and his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. 

Rich Brown

Head of Pharma, Life Sciences and Biotech

Rich Brown is a Senior Vice President at PNC Bank and Head of its Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences group. He has 30+ years of experience working with high-growth companies. He joined PNC in 2008 (via their RBC Bank USA acquisition) as a senior banker for the Technology and Life Sciences specialty banking practice. 

Prior to joining PNC, he ran his own boutique strategic advisory and investment banking firm. Brown spent the previous 10 years with two different venture capital firms in positions of General Partner, Principal, and Senior Associate where he evaluated hundreds of businesses, made numerous investments, managed dozens of rounds of financings, and achieved successful exits via both IPO and M&A. He’s been on the board of directors of 11 companies, and was also a board observer at two publicly traded companies. 

Before becoming a venture capitalist, Brown spent eight years working in various operating roles including business development, product marketing, and design engineering for leading global technology companies General Instrument (now a division of Motorola), Sony, DuPont, and Westinghouse. He earned his MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, and graduated magna cum laude with a BS Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

Nick Spanakis

Nick Spanakis is Executive Vice President and Group Manager for PNC’s Specialty Business Banking groups. In this role, he is responsible for leading expertise-based, relationship management teams within PNC’s Healthcare Business Banking, Agriculture Banking, SBA Finance and Investment Real Estate groups across the geographies where PNC does business. 

During his career, he has held a number of progressive leadership roles in a variety of areas including wealth planning and investments, branch regional management, commercial banking, underwriting site management, product management, corporate marketing, customer segment management and business banking.

Gustavus Bahr

Gustavus Bahr leads the Insurance team within the Financial Institutions Group, and is a member of the PNC Capital Markets Group’s leadership team. Mr. Bahr joined PNC in 2002, and has been a dedicated banker to the financial services sector since 2003.

Mr. Bahr has a wide range of experience across the financial services sector including insurance companies, insurance brokers, asset managers, broker/dealers, leasing and finance companies, and financial technology companies. Within the broader Corporate & Institutional Bank, he also acts as Head of Healthcare Insurance Banking.

Prior to joining PNC, he was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on engagements with Fortune 500 companies across various industries including Healthcare, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and Food & Beverage. Mr. Bahr holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis. Additionally, he holds the Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 FINRA licenses.

Laurie Olender

Laurie Olender is the head of Healthcare Product Management and Operations for PNC Treasury Management. In this role, she is responsible for managing PNC Healthcare’s clearinghouse services and patient-centric solutions. She focuses on executing PNC’s healthcare strategy and product roadmap, including helping improve the healthcare ecosystem by connecting payers, providers and patients through leading-edge payment solutions.

Laurie has been in banking nearly 25 years and started her career on the Retail side of the organization, before transitioning to Treasury Management over ten years ago.  Across her multiple positions, she has ran a retail branch, been responsible for the creation and launch of new products, driven strategy and initiatives across multiple lines of business, created an integrated plan to achieve revenue and cost targets and implemented process improvements.

Laurie has her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Gyasi C. Chisley

Gyasi C. Chisley, PMP, FACHE is Managing Director and the Head of Corporate Healthcare Specialty Industry for PNC Bank where he leads the strategic growth of PNC’s penetration into all sectors within the healthcare industry. In partnership with PNC’s local market model and team of expert relationship managers, Chisley will establish a deep network across the country to enhance the differentiating value that the Bank brings to its healthcare clientele while aligning the PNC portfolio/product offering to healthcare trends

Chisley has more than 25 years’ experience within the healthcare industry and has led many health systems, health plans, and investment ventures. Functioning as a senior executive in various markets, Chisley has served throughout government, private, and Fortune 500 companies. Chisley’s experience runs the gamut from nearly every healthcare industry sector to investment strategy to teaching/public speaking at several universities surrounding healthcare concepts. 

As President and CEO, Chisley has led many health systems in Atlanta, GA (now WellStar), New York, NY (formerly Catholic Medical Centers), Cincinnati, OH (UC Health and Mercy Health), Memphis, TN (Methodist Healthcare) and a national cancer network in multiple metropolitan areas (Cancer Treatment Centers of America). In every role, Chisley has been able to establish considerable growth, forge significant partnerships, institute strong financial stability, and authenticate high quality/clinical acumen. 

Subsequently, Chisley assumed post as Senior Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer for UnitedHealthcare (UHC), where he created new payment products to improve health care delivery, fortified provider/payor relations, and oversaw acquisition of companies to improve quality metrics within UHC’s suite of services. Most recently, he pivoted into private equity partnerships and transactions, OEM/pharmaceutical consultation, and investment vehicle creation for start-ups all within healthcare.

Throughout his career, Chisley received numerous accolades for his achievements within the health care industry, which include, but are not limited to, the Becker’s Top 25 Healthcare Executives, Modern Healthcare Up and Comers, Tenet Circle of Excellence Award, NAHSE Young Healthcare Executive of the Year, ACHE Young Executive of the Year, Xavier University Preceptor of the Year, Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 under 40, Leadership Academy Alumni Award, and the UMich Award for Service.  

Chisley obtained a Masters of Health Services/Business Administration from the University of Michigan and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Biology from Morehouse College. He is board certified in healthcare and project management. Chisley is an avid sports fan, a self-proclaimed movie buff, and enjoys music and running marathons in various cities. 

Steve Jasiukiewicz

Steve Jasiukiewicz is Senior Vice President and General Manager for PNC Vendor Finance’s Healthcare vertical. He is responsible for overseeing and growing the Healthcare business within PNC Vendor Finance.

Jasiukiewicz joined PNC in 2019 to grow and buildout the Healthcare vertical. He has 42 years of experience in vendor equipment finance as well as direct customer leasing and finance. For the past 33 years, Jasiukiewicz has been focused in Healthcare vendor finance, holding managerial positions at HSBC, Key and BB&T banks. He began his career at ITT Industrial Credit in Philadelphia.

Jasiukiewicz received his B.S. in Finance and Marketing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
