Robert Q. Reilly

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Q. Reilly is executive vice president and chief financial officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Reilly was appointed chief financial officer in 2013 and is responsible for PNC’s finances, asset and liability management, strategic planning, investor relations, corporate treasury, corporate tax, the chief investment office, supply chain and realty services.

Reilly joined PNC Bank in 1987 and has held numerous management positions in Asset Management, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking.  His previous positions have included head of Asset Management, executive vice president for PNC’s overall corporate banking activities and executive vice president of credit for Corporate Banking. Reilly was promoted to vice president in 1992, senior vice president in 1997, executive vice president in 2002 and named head of the Asset Management Group in 2005.

Reilly serves on the board of directors for the RAF Private Equity Group and PNC Bank Community Partners. He is a past board member of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Delaware Valley Community Investment Fund and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Reilly received a BSBA in Finance in 1987.
