Treasury Management CAA Price List Request

For additional specific pricing information, we are pleased to provide a Corporate Account Analysis (CAA) Price List statement.

The price list statement will enable you to determine which price changes will be in effect for your existing services, and to project the specific impact of those changes based on a sample of your monthly activity and balances.

To protect the confidentiality of your information we will send the Price List Statement via secure delivery to the Email address provided for the Summary Account Number(s) that you list below. The Summary Account Number appears in the "Account Information" section of your CAA statement.

NOTE: Please do not indicate demand deposit account (DDA) information, unless the DDA account is your summary account number.


Summary Account Information can be found on your last CAA statement. Look in the Account Information Box (highlighted in yellow).
