Caroline Stade
Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking— PNC Bank Canada Branch

Caroline Stade is a financial professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, and presently Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking, for PNC Bank Canada Branch in Toronto.

In her current role Ms. Stade represents all of PNC’s Canadian Corporate Banking capabilities to both Canadian domestic corporations and those Canadian firms owned by PNC’s US footprint clients. Her particular focus is on debt structuring and sales for large and mid-market companies and on assisting companies entering Canada for the first time.

Prior to joining PNC, Ms. Stade held VP, Account Management and Sales positions at Credit Lyonnais Canada and CIBC. Ms. Stade holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, an undergraduate degree from McMaster in accounting and statistics, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

David T. Olsen
Regional President & Principal Officer — PNC Bank Canada Branch

David Olsen is a financial services executive with more than 20 years in the industry, and is the Regional President and Principal Officer for PNC Bank Canada Branch in Toronto, Ontario.

Working across a broad spectrum of financial services in the United States and Canada, Mr. Olsen has developed expertise in corporate banking, treasury management, business and retail banking, and risk management.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Olsen held a number of leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Sales Director, and Division Manager.

Mr. Olsen serves on the Payments Committee of The Canadian Bankers Association. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Greater Toronto Area Chapter of The American Chamber of Commerce and the Founding Chairman of Select USA in Toronto.

Mr. Olsen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Joseph Migliacci
Vice President for PNC's International Advisory Team — PNC Bank Canada Branch

Joseph Migliacci is a Vice President for PNC's International Advisory Team within the PNC Canada Branch located in Toronto.

In his role, Joseph is responsible for the Canadian oversight of the firms in market development covering Canadian headquartered companies as well as those North American companies conducting business in market, additionally he acts as the main liaison with Payments Canada and Canadian Bankers Association. Additionally, Joseph is a leading member of PNC’s Commercial Card team ensuring the firm’s competitive offering for North American clients.

Joseph has over 10 years’ experience in Treasury Product and Relationship Management at leading North American banks.

Eric Brock
Chief Operating Officer — PNC Bank Canada Branch

Eric Brock currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for PNC Bank Canada Branch in Toronto, Ontario, and has more than 20 years of financial services experience in sales, business management, and regulatory compliance across retail banking, commercial banking, and investment banking.

Prior to joining PNC Bank, Brock held senior roles in anti-money laundering and sanction compliance, operations, regional program management, and investment banking relationship management for Canadian and international banks in Canada and in Latin America.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto, a Masters of Law from the University of Toronto Law School, and a bachelor of arts with honors degree from the University of Toronto. 

Steve Adatia 
SVP Equipment Finance, Canada Branch

With over 20 years of finance experience within Capital Markets, Credit & Risk Management, Direct Sales, Operations and Program Management, Steve was recently appointed as Head of PNC Bank’s Canadian Equipment Finance team.

Prior to his current role, Steve was the Chief Operating Officer of PNC Bank Canada Branch. Before joining PNC, Steve focused on the Canadian corporate market segment through various senior roles at Royal Bank of Canada, ABN Amro, Siemens Financial Services, TD Bank & GE Capital. Steve began his finance career as Investment Banking Analyst with Morgan Stanley. 

Steve holds degrees from the University of Toronto and currently resides in Toronto.

Wendy Whitcher
SVP Business Credit, Canada Branch

Wendy Whitcher is Vice President and Relationship Manager for PNC Business Credit. She is responsible for management of customer relationships within the PNC Business Credit Canadian portfolio.

Whitcher joined PNC in 2011 and has 23 years of experience in asset based lending, most recently with Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation Canada (formerly Wachovia Capital Finance).

She received her bachelor's degree from Bishop's University and her Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.

Whitcher is a CPA and a 25-year member of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec.
