Carlos Elizondo is Senior Vice President and Division Executive for PNC Business Credit. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for leading the originations and portfolio management teams across the Western region.

Since joining PNC in 2017, Elizondo has held various roles including business development officer, head of Southwest originations, and most recently head of Pacific Southwest originations. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, advisory, operations and lending. Prior to PNC, he founded an advisory firm serving start-ups and middle market companies, including those in distressed situations. Elizondo began his career in public accounting and transaction advisory at Arthur Andersen and obtained formal credit training at GE Capital.

He received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his MAcc from the University of Southern California, where he was a Leventhal Academic Fellow.

Elizondo is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Secured Finance Network, and member and former board member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
