Neil Otte is a Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer for Channel Finance, within PNC Business Credit. His focus is on expanding and deepening technology vendor and channel partner relationships across the PNC footprint.

Neil joined PNC in 2011 as a field examiner and went on to manage a portfolio of ABL relationships in the Mid-Atlantic portfolio before transitioning into underwriting. Then he moved into a relationship manager role within Channel Finance, where he consistently demonstrated strong leadership and client focus. In 2022, Neil was recognized as a Top Relationship Manager and continues to excel in delivering value to our clients.

Neil is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
