Alex Overstrom is the head of PNC Aviation Finance, the leading financier of business aircraft in the United States. Prior to taking his role as head of aviation finance, Alex was chief operating officer of Corporate & Institutional Banking, with responsibility for data infrastructure and data quality, CRM and sales reporting, analytics and strategy, business communications, environmental and social risk management, and client and employee experience. Alex joined PNC in July 2014 after spending 8 years at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and firm wide strategy. Alex graduated from Duke University in 2006 with an A.B. in public policy.
Keith Hayes is senior vice president and national sales manager of PNC Aviation Finance. Prior to joining PNC Aviation Finance in 2017, Keith was with Regions Bank, BB&T and GE Capital for 27 years where he held numerous leadership roles across different business lines, including the last 8 years as national sales manager for GE Capital Corporate Aircraft Finance. Keith holds a B.A. in business administration and a MIS degree from the University of North Florida.
Luci Johnson is senior vice president and operations, documentation and servicing manager for PNC Aviation Finance. She manages a team of experienced professionals who are responsible for documenting, funding and servicing aircraft transactions for all PNC Aviation Finance clients. She has twenty two years of lending experience with 16 years of it dedicated to the aviation industry. She has extensive experience in legal due diligence, processing and documentation of aircraft transactions, aircraft title and registrations matters, as well as issues arising under the Cape Town Convention. She holds a bachelor of business administration with a minor in Spanish from Idaho State University. She currently resides in Boise, ID.
Chris Kelley leads the underwriting and portfolio management function for PNC Aviation Finance and PNC Vendor Finance. He has over 30 years of commercial banking experience and has led centralized credit teams since 1994. He previously served as chief credit officer for Provident Financial Group and National City Commercial Capital from 1999 through the end of 2008, prior to joining PNC in 2009. He has a B.S. in operations management from Missouri State University and completed additional managerial education through the Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan.
Ellen Pellegrino has in excess of 30 years of leadership experience in credit and risk management. She led the PNC Aviation Finance credit risk function where she was responsible for the overall strategy, underwriting and portfolio management for 10+ years. She was previously the chief credit officer for Aviation Finance Group, LLC of Boise, Idaho, which was acquired by PNC in 2004. She held various credit and commercial lending management positions at Fleet Bank, N.A. and predecessors in Connecticut. Ms. Pellegrino holds a B.S. in business administration from Providence College, Providence, Rhode Island. She currently resides in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
Jeff Dunn has had a focus on the aviation industry for 18 years. He served 9 years in the United States Air Force as an engine mechanic and maintenance operations senior controller. After deciding to separate from the military, he worked as the head of records and research and an A and P FAA mechanic at a leading FBO and maintenance center. More recently, he was an aircraft appraiser and asset manager at several leading financial institutions. Jeff is an ASA accredited aircraft appraiser and has a B.S. from the University of Illinois.
Rachel Skogsberg has been the marketing manager for PNC Aviation Finance since 2013, based out of the corporate office in Boise, Idaho. Prior to this role, she held roles in business development and marketing for several large corporations. She holds a B.A. in communication from North Carolina State University with a concentration in public relations and a M.A. in entertainment arts management. When not planning events and scheduling e-blasts, you will find Rachel on a beach whenever possible.
