We have several options to pay your PNC Credit Card balance.

How To Make a Digital Credit Card Payment

In the PNC Mobile app:

You can make a one-time, same-day payment, schedule a payment for a future date, or schedule a recurring payment.

Follow these steps to make a payment:

  1. Select Cards.
  2. Select your credit card.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your payment.

In Online Banking:

You can make a one-time, same-day payment, schedule a payment for a future date, or schedule a recurring payment.

Follow these steps to make a payment:

  1. Select your loan account.
  2. On the account activity screen, select Make a Payment.

Same day transfers to a credit card account scheduled before Midnight ET will be posted (credited) effective that day. For most accounts, payments made from a PNC checking or savings account will immediately increase your available credit.

Business credit card customers can also enroll in Account View to make payments and manage employee accounts. Same day transfers to a credit card account scheduled before 5 p.m. ET will be posted (credited) effective that day.

Avoid missing payments by setting up Recurring Online Payments. You can choose what amount to pay and how often you’d like to schedule the payment.

In the PNC Mobile app

  1. Select Cards.
  2. Select your credit card.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. For Type, choose Recurring Payment.
  5. Choose a Frequency, Start Date and optional End Date to submit your recurring payments.

In Online Banking

  1. Find your credit card and select Make a Payment.
  2. Select a From Account.
  3. Choose a Frequency, Start Date and optional End Date.
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your recurring payment.

Enroll in the Automated Payment Program with a paper form:

If you don’t want to use the PNC Mobile app or Online Banking to make your monthly payment, you can download, complete, and return the Automated Payment Authorization form. You can mail it to the address on the form, fax it to the number on the form, or bring it to your local PNC branch. You will need to continue making payments until you receive a letter confirming the first date your automated payment will take effect.
