Mutt Strut
In partnership with Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, Inc. PNC sponsors this event, in which we join together with other corporate partners, foundations, and members of the community to help fund the training of medical service dogs for veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress (PTS), traumatic brain injury, and other combat-related injuries. Military Support & Recruiting Practices

Each year, we collaborate with the Military Warriors Support Foundation to help eliminate the financial burdens often associated with returning to civilian life.
PNC has created a Military Employee Business Resource Group with the goal of increasing awareness of the unique skills veterans bring to the workforce. The group aims to recruit and retain military talent by enhancing that talent through professional development, mentoring and community engagement opportunities.

As a service member, you have certain rights and protections.
The Servicemembers Operations Center (SOC) is the single point of contact for service members requesting Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Program Benefits and/or protections. Recognizing the important contributions that men and women in the Armed Forces make to our society, PNC adheres to the service member eligibility standards and benefits described in the SCRA and similar state laws.
We are committed to providing service members who may be eligible for SCRA and SCRA-like benefits and protections with a simple and user friendly process for inquiring about or requesting SCRA benefits. PLEASE NOTE: The SOC can answer questions about the SCRA, military documentation and status information. They can’t answer questions about specific accounts, products, online banking or debit cards.
Contact the SOC at 1-844-PNC-SCRA (1-844-762-7272).
The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) provides financial relief and protections to eligible service members and their dependents. PNC is grateful for your service and we would like to help you understand your benefits and protections under SCRA as well as other similar benefits that PNC may be able to provide to you. PNC will apply benefits and protections on eligible accounts, including:
- Auto loans
- Mortgage and home equity secured loans
- Line of credit, credit card and installment loans
- Commercial assets where the borrower is eligible for SCRA benefits or the guarantor is eligible for SCRA protection and PNC seeks recovery from the guarantor
- Equipment loans and leases
- Education loans
- Deposit accounts (in limited situations)
- Safe deposit boxes (in limited situations)
We want you to receive all the benefits you're eligible for as a service member. SCRA State Laws
Please also be aware that certain states may extend Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)-like benefits under state law to service members and their spouses and/or dependents. If you were denied SCRA benefits based on post-service debt or denied spousal/dependent benefits and your state provides additional SCRA-like benefits please call 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265).
The Military Lending Act (MLA) provides certain consumer protections to eligible service members and their dependents. Only certain types of consumer credit are subject to the MLA, including most consumer credit card accounts, unsecured lines of credit, educational loans and unsecured installment loans.
Among the protections afforded by the MLA:
- Limits a creditor from imposing a Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) greater than 36%.
- Requires creditors to provide certain disclosures.
- Prohibits creditors from requiring service members to submit to arbitration.
PNC Bank determines eligibility at the time the borrower originates his/her loan, line of credit and/or credit card based on information available in a database maintained by the Department of Defense. Once PNC Bank determines eligibility, protections are afforded automatically. Service members and/or their dependents are not required to take any action.
If you have questions about protections under the MLA, contact our Servicemember Operations Center (SOC). Contacting the SOC can be accomplished in any of the following ways:
