Important Information About Your New Small Business Account

As of 1/31/25, we began the process of enhancing our Online Banking experience. We want to share some important information with you.

If you opened a Small Business account with an Employer Identification Number (EIN)

You will need to establish separate credentials for your business relationship. In Online Banking and Mobile Banking, you will have separate experiences for your personal accounts and your new business account(s). At this time, you will not be able to link your personal and business accounts. This means that you will not be able to transfer funds between your personal and business accounts in Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

If you opened a Small Business account with a Social Security Number

You will sign on to Online Banking or Mobile Banking with your existing personal account credentials and your new business deposit account will appear alongside your personal account information.

At this time, the following optional business services are not available:

  • Cash Flow Insight®
  • Ability to add delegate users to your new business account.
