Update Account Information
Update your address, phone number, or email address through Online Banking or the PNC Mobile app.
How To Update Your Address, Phone Number, or Email
In the PNC Mobile app:
To add or change a phone number:
- Sign in to the PNC Mobile app.
- Go to Profile & Settings.
- Choose Phone numbers under Personal Information.
- To add a new phone number to your account, select Add Phone.
- Select Edit to change an existing phone number.
You can also add or edit your emails and mailing addresses under Personal Information.
For a non-U.S. address or phone number, use Message PNC. For an address change, include your new physical, international address or a military box address and contact number.
In Online Banking:
To update an email, U.S. address or U.S. phone number:
- Click the Profile and Settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Profile. Your personal information appears.
- Find what you’d like to change (address, email, phone number) and select Edit next to it.
- You can also select Add Address, Add Email or Add Phone if you’d like to add a new one instead.
