Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Forgiveness Specialist Appointment Request
If you would like to speak with a PPP Forgiveness Specialist regarding your PPP loan, please complete the form below.
Please be aware of the following when completing this form:
- Appointment times are available for 30 minutes between 7am and 7pm EST.
- Same day and next day appointments are not available. Please pick preferred appointment times for at least 48 hours and beyond from the time of submitting your appointment request.
- Requests received after 3pm EST will be scheduled for at least 72 hours after the request is received.
- Please choose 2 separate days and available times for us to use for scheduling.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment along with contact information for your Forgiveness Specialist. Most confirmations will be received within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
- Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from PNC PPP Forgiveness Appointment Setting mailbox.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reply all to your confirmation email and we will work with you to reschedule.
