To sign up to receive online statements and documents or check if you’re already enrolled:

In Online Banking:

1. Sign on to Online Banking.
2. Select the Profile and Settings icon.
3. Select Alerts and Communication.
4. Select Paperless.
5. Find and select the account(s) you'd like paperless statements for – paperless statements are activated by account.
6. Select Online and confirm which email you'd like your statements sent to.
7. Select Save to save your preferences.
8. Select Notices and Letters – non-statement documents are activated separately.
9. Choose Yes to receive paperless documents for all accounts.
10. If you'd like to choose different options for each account, select No and then update your Delivery Method for each account.
11. Be sure to confirm and select Save to complete your selections.

In the PNC Mobile app:

1. Sign in to the PNC Mobile app.
2. From the bottom navigation bar, select the More menu then Statements and Documents.
3. Select Paperless Settings to enroll.
4. Select Online and confirm which email you'd like notified when your statement is available to view.
5. Select Save to save your preferences.
6. Review your selections and delivery information then select Save to change your settings.

To view statements and documents in Online Banking:

1. Sign on to Online Banking.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Find and select the account you’d like to view.
4. Select Account Quick View.
5. Select Statements and Documents.
6. Select View PDF to see the full details of a statement or document.

To view statements and documents in the PNC Mobile App:

1. Sign in to the PNC Mobile app.
2. Choose between Online statements, Account documents or Other documents.
3. Select an account.
4. Select a year.

You can view 24 months of check images in transaction history.
