What You'll Need to Enroll in Online Banking

To enroll in Online Banking, you will need the following information:

  1. PNC Account Number
    The full account number for any PNC account you hold, including checking/savings accounts, loans, and debit/credit card numbers.
  2. Taxpayer Identification Number
    This can be one of the following:
    • Social Security Number (SSN)
    • Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
    • Passport Number
    • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  3. One-Time Passcode
    You must be able to receive a one-time passcode via text message or phone call to complete enrollment.

User Credentials

During enrollment, you will be prompted to create a unique User ID and Password. These credentials will be used for both Online Banking and the PNC Mobile app.
