To provide real-time access for managing your company's credit card program, you can use Account View. This service provides online access that allows you to:

• Manage cards for employees, including requesting new cards and closing cards.
• Set or change each employee's card spending limits for purchases and cash access.
• View individual cardholder transaction data and credit availability.
• Build up to 13 months of stored transaction history.
• Make payments or schedule recurring payments.
• Download transactions directly into Excel^®, Quicken^® or QuickBooks^® or .csv files to import into accounting software.

Program Administrators have online oversight of employee purchases.

Account View allows you to:

• Download transactions into Excel^®, Quicken^®, or QuickBooks^®.
• Use .csv file format to import into other accounting software.

Cardholders have access to transaction details.

Cardholders can use Account View to view their activity online, without having to depend on calling Customer Care. They can use this access to:

• View card balances.
• Sort & search transactions.
• Schedule online payments.
• Manage e-statements.

If you are not already using Account View, you can enroll in this system. Call 1-877-459-9801 and choose "Account View." We'll be happy to help you enroll or review the system features.

Once registered for Account View, you can use the Sign On button located at the top of every pnc.com page.

1. To get started, please email your company logo to: BusinessOptions@pnc.com.

Logo specification requirements:

• The logo must be in a high resolution (360 dpi or greater) in black and white line art in a TIF, BMP, PDF or JPG format.
  
• A portrait-style logo can be no greater than 9/16 x 9/16 inch and a landscape-style logo can be no greater than 3/8-inch high x 1.0-inch wide.
• Optional: To display your tax ID number, this must be included in the electronic logo image

2. Within 10 to 15 business days after receiving your art file, we'll email you a sample proof of the customized card image for your approval. If for any reason you don't like how the logo will look when displayed on the card, you can cancel the customization and order standard BusinessOptions cards at no charge. Just send an email to BusinessOptions@pnc.com stating your preference.

3. After receiving your artwork approval, we will begin production. Your account will then be charged a $350 nonrefundable fee, which will appear on your account statement.

4. Watch for your customized cards to arrive in the mail. The new customized cards will be mailed within a week of your approval.
