What You'll Get

FirstBank business credit card customers will receive a PNC Business Cash Rewards credit card. Credit cards will be shipped between June 24 through July 3.

Activating Your New Card

Activate your new credit card when it arrives by calling 1-800-246-7459.

What to Remember

You will need to update any recurring payments you have set up with merchants once you activate your new PNC Business Cash Rewards credit card. Your account number stays the same, but your credit card will have a new expiration date and 3-digit security code.

Important dates and account updates

June 22

Full access to PNC Online Banking will now be available, including the ability to set up recurring payments. Note: Employee cards will not have access to PNC Online Banking.

You will now have access to the PNC call center.

June 24

Credit cards will be shipped between June 24 through July 3.

June 25

Any unredeemed FirstBank rewards will transfer to your PNC Business Cash Rewards credit card cash back balance.

September 30

Once you activate, your old FirstBank credit card will be automatically deactivated. Any FirstBank business credit cards you haven't activated by September 30 will be deactivated automatically.

To add employee cards, complete a Business Credit Card Change Request Form and email or fax it to PNC Bank, or bring it to your local branch where a banker will be happy to assist you.

A More Streamlined Online Experience

With PNC Online Banking and the PNC Mobile app, you can easily manage your credit card account, view your account summary and transactions, make payments, set alerts, and manage lost or stolen credit cards. You can also view and redeem rewards through PNC Online Banking.

All of your unredeemed rewards will be transferred to your PNC Business Cash Rewards credit card cash back balance on or after June 25, 2026.

To track your cash back:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Select your credit card account.
  3. Under Account Actions, select Rewards.

After your account transitions to PNC Bank, your statement delivery will default to paper statements. You can choose to switch to paperless statements at any time in PNC Online Banking.

Plan to do as much of your banking as you can prior to June 18 – including online bill payments or transfers. Or, if it can wait, try your new PNC tools on June 22.

Your due date with PNC may be different than it was for FirstBank. Please be sure to check the due date and payment instructions on your PNC Bank credit card statements on and after June 19, 2026.
