About My PNC Flex Pay Loan

If you have questions about your PNC Flex Pay loan, please call us at 1-888-311-3917. Our agents are available Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM ET and Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

Currently, PNC Flex Pay loan accounts are not available to be viewed in PNC’s Online Banking or PNC’s Mobile Banking app. 

After completing your purchase, you will be mailed a welcome letter which will provide your loan details, including information about how to make a payment.

You will also be mailed monthly loan statements that will provide loan and payment details.

Currently, PNC Flex Pay loan accounts are not available to be viewed in PNC’s Online Banking or PNC’s Mobile Banking app. 

Yes, PNC will mail monthly loan statements for your PNC Flex Pay account. Your first statement will be sent prior to the first payment becoming due.

Details about your PNC Flex Pay loan, including your monthly payment amount and due date, will be included in your welcome letter. We will also send monthly loan statements in the mail that include payment details.

Payments cannot be made at participating merchant locations. Please refer to the below FAQ for details about how you can make payments on your PNC Flex Pay loan.

We provide several ways for you to make a payment:

  • Phone: You can call 1-888-311-3917 to make your monthly payment. You can utilize the automated telephone service to speak with a live agent.
  • Mail: You can send your payment to the P.O. Box printed on the remit slip on your monthly statement. 
  • Bill Pay: If you have a PNC Checking or Savings account, you can take the following steps to make a payment using Bill Pay: 
    • Sign on to PNC Online Banking or the PNC Mobile Banking app and navigate to the Bill Pay screen.
    • Select PNC Flex Play as the payee to establish Bill Pay for your account.
    • Enter your PNC Flex Pay loan account number.
    • Select the date to schedule your payment.

Note: Same day payments are not available through Bill Pay; you will need to schedule your payment at least one business day in advance of your due date to make your payment on time.

If available, you may also utilize bill pay options offered by other financial institutions. Please check with your financial institution to ensure payments will be received on time.

Branch employees cannot provide any account information on PNC Flex Pay loans. All account questions should be directed to
1-888-311-3917. Also, our PNC Branch locations cannot accept payments on PNC Flex Pay loans at this time. 

PNC does not currently offer automated payment options for PNC Flex Pay.

Yes, if you would like to pay off your PNC Flex Pay loan early, please call 1-888-311-3917 and follow the menu prompts to speak with a customer service agent to ensure you have the correct payoff amount. There will be no prepayment penalty for paying your loan off early.

Once you have paid off your PNC Flex Pay loan in full, it can take up to 30 days after your payment to reflect the payoff on your credit report. Once the payment has been fully processed, you will be mailed a letter confirming that your loan has been paid in full.

PNC does not currently offer this feature for PNC Flex Pay.

Return / Disputes

If you have questions about your PNC Flex Pay loan please call us at 1-888-311-3917. Our agents are available Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM ET and Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

Returns and exchanges are between you and the merchant and are subject to the merchant's policies over which we have no control. If you wish to return your purchase, please visit the participating location.

We will apply any credits we receive from the merchant to your outstanding loan balance. If the credit does not satisfy your outstanding loan balance, you must continue to make regularly scheduled payments until all amounts due are paid. Please note that it may take several days for a credit to reflect on your loan balance. Please refer to your loan agreement for details.

For questions about your balance after a return, please call 1-888-311-3917. 

No. You are still required to make your regularly scheduled monthly payments until your balance is paid in full. However, any credit received as a result of a return may cause your loan maturity date to occur sooner than it was originally scheduled.

If you are not satisfied with the goods or services acquired with the proceeds of your loan, you must first try to resolve that dispute with the merchant. If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, we may be able to assist. For us to assist with your dispute, you must contact us within 60 days of the date of your first monthly statement at 1-888-311-3917 or P.O. Box 3429, Pittsburgh, PA 15230-3429. While your dispute is under review, you must continue to make regularly scheduled payments pursuant to your loan agreement.
