Paperless Statements Agreement
Terms & Conditions
You have the option to receive your credit card statements in paper or paperless form. You are not obligated to consent to receive your statement in paperless form. Please read the terms and conditions below.
You have agreed to discontinue delivery of the paper PNC Credit Card statement, notifications, disclosures and other information that PNC is required by law to deliver that may be enclosed with that statement. The statement and other materials will be made available in PNC Online Banking, where you can sign in with your user ID and password to view the materials presented. You agree to timely view your statement every month.
If you select this option, we may, but are not obligated to, send a reminder to the email address we have on file for you when your online credit card statement becomes available. You can change the email address for the statement notification at any time by accessing Online Statement Preferences within Online Banking. You agree to promptly update us with any change to your e-mail address. Each statement, together with any legal notice about your account, will remain available online at least 48 months so long as your account remains open, or closed with a balance. You do not need any additional hardware or software beyond what you are using for Online Banking to view, print, or download your online statement. Some promotional materials will not be available.

These sections describe the hardware and software requirements to access, save or print your statements, as well as how to request paper statements or how to cancel the service.
You consent to the paperless delivery of your periodic credit card statements including all notices (including any change in terms) which may be included with the periodic statements. You may receive one statement in the mail after today's date, and then you will no longer receive a paper copy delivered by mail. You may cancel delivery of paperless statements and go back to receiving paper statements at any time and without a fee by changing your online statement preferences under the Online Banking Customer Service tab or by calling 1-800-474-2101 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET and Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
You may request a paper copy of any statement by contacting the phone number listed. Charges may apply for paper copies. Please reference your applicable account agreement.
By receiving online delivery of your statement, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions stated. By providing your consent, you are confirming that you are able to access your statement and the materials provided to you electronically. To receive paper statements, you must log into PNC Online Banking, go to the Customer Service tab, and select paper delivery for your credit card statement. Alternatively, you may call us at 1-800-474-2101 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET and Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
