Cash Flow Insight is integrated with all of the key features PNC Online Banking – Online Bill Pay, Transfers, Account Activity, Alerts – and gives you access to our Timeline and Trend tools. You can also track spending activities by business categories for your PNC business checking and all your PNC business credit cards.
You can enhance your Cash Flow Insight experience by including the Payables and/or Receivables tools.

If you are not enrolled in Cash Flow Insight already, select the Cash Flow Insight banner on the business checking Account Activity screen and choose the Cash Flow Insight experience that is right for your business.
Stay on the move while you check balances, view pending and posted transactions, pay bills, and receive mobile alerts. Our mobile app also allows you to transfer funds and make check deposits with Mobile Deposit when and where you want – no need to visit a branch. The Cash Flow Overview shows you your monthly net cash position of your business checking account, and with Cash Flow Insight® enrollment you can view your spending by business category.

Tell us the notifications you want and if you prefer email or text. You can set alerts to get daily balances, see deposit and payment activity, and monitor card transactions. Choose to get faster notification of overdrafts, and receive security alerts about other important activity.
You can keep business partners informed of account activity by adding their email addresses and mobile numbers to your Alerts.
How to Set Alerts:
Login to Online Banking and select the “Alerts” tab to set your preferences for notifications.

Online Bill Pay is free and flexible. Set payments for the next day or schedule them months in advance. It’s up to you.
How to enroll in Online Bill Pay:
Login to Online Banking and select the “Pay Bills” tab. Have your business and account identification information ready to create your payees.
Start depositing customer checks from your business location — and stop wasting time running to the bank. PNC Remote Deposit is easy to use and connects seamlessly with your PNC business checking account.
A PNC business checking account and PNC Online Banking are required to use this service. Not all accounts or account types may be eligible for PNC Remote Deposit. Eligibility for PNC Remote Deposit is subject to bank approval.
Your application can take up to five business days for a decision. We may be in contact, if needed, to gather more information to finalize your application.
How to apply for remote deposit service through PNC Online Banking
Once approved, businesses will be sent their scanner hardware. Instructions for installing your scanner and getting started are included in the Users' Guide.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to Online Banking or any of its services. All online banking services are subject to and conditional upon adherence to the terms and conditions of the PNC Online Banking Service Agreement.
Your Receivables and/or Payables data within Cash Flow Insight can sync with the following supported accounting software: QuickBooks® for Windows, QuickBooks® Online, Intacct®, NetSuite® and Xero®. There is a fee for this syncing service. Users of other accounting software, such as Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics® GP, can use the import/export functionality within Cash Flow Insight at no additional cost. Must sign up for this service.
Cash Flow Insight requires a PNC business checking account and enrollment in PNC Online Banking. Cash Flow Insight and its additional tools (Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync) are available for enrollment exclusively within PNC Online Banking. The monthly and transaction fees for the additional Cash Flow Insight tools (Receivables, Payables, and Accounting Software Sync) are waived for 60 days beginning with enrollment in any combination of the additional Cash Flow Insight tools (Receivables, Payables, and Accounting Software Sync). One offer per customer per experience (Receivables, Payables, and Accounting Software Sync). Offers may be extended, modified or discontinued at any time without notice and may vary by market. Eligibility based on Customer’s checking relationship and whether or not they have experienced Cash Flow Insight with Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync (in any combination of the three tools) before.
Fee waiver period is offered to each customer one time only in a single continuous set of days: 60 days for Cash Flow Insight with Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync (any combination of the three tools).
If you do not want to continue with any of the additional tools, you may opt out of any additional tool or tools, on your Preferences page within Cash Flow Insight.
Cash Flow Insight with Payables, Receivables and Accounting Software Sync’s 60 day fee waiver includes Cash Flow Insight, any combination of the three tools (Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync), additional sub-users, and transaction-based fees for Cash Flow Insight transactions that occur during the 60 day fee waiver period. Following the fee waiver period, unless you terminate the services, you will be charged the monthly subscription, additional user, and transaction fees on your next applicable statement. Please note Cash Flow insight Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync charges are billed a month in arrears - for example June subscription and transaction fees are part of your July statement.
Following enrollment, you can change your enrollments or the account to be charged (service fee account) by visiting the Preferences page, which can be accessed via the gear icon on the right side of the Cash Flow Insight toolbar or by selecting the choose your experience link from the yellow bar available on screen during any free trial or waiver period.

PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Also, a supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Deposit is a feature of PNC Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device and you must download a PNC mobile banking app. Eligible PNC Bank account and PNC Bank Online Banking required. Certain other restrictions apply. See the mobile banking terms and conditions in the PNC Online Banking Service Agreement.
You may not make more than a total of six (6) transfers each statement cycle from a savings or money market account to other accounts (including transfers to another account for overdraft protection) or to third parties by check, through point-of-sale purchase transactions or similar debit card transactions, by pre-authorized or automatic agreements, telephone, online or similar order payable to a third person. See your account agreement for more information. Other limits may apply to your account. Excessive transactions may result in your Business Money Market account being changed to a Business Checking account, which will be subject to the features and fees as described in the Business Checking Account and Related Charges in effect at that time. We reserve the right to suspend enforcement of these transaction limitations, at our discretion.

Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply.
Online bill pay is a free service within PNC Online Banking that is available for residents within the US who have a qualifying checking account. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to this service. Payments to billers outside of the United States or its territories are prohibited through this service. Tax payments, payments to settle securities transactions, and court ordered payments may be scheduled through the Service; however, such payments are discouraged and must be scheduled at your own risk.
Funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Please see the applicable funds availability policy for your PNC business checking account to determine when your funds will be made available.
PNC provides a single-feed scanner but customers may purchase a compatible, multi-feed scanner if they desire. Monthly service fees may apply.
A supported mobile device is needed to use Mobile Banking. Standard message and data rates may apply.
