    How to Apply

    It's Easy to Get Started

    If you're not yet a PNC Merchant Services® customer, apply for your merchant account and order Clover Go at the same time.

    If you already have a PNC Merchant Services account, call us at 1-888-235-6959 to apply for Clover Go and expand your options for accepting card payments.

    Once approved, follow the instructions in your welcome email and activate your Clover credentials.

    Download the Clover Go app to your smart device from the iTunes App Store® or Google Play®.

    When your Clover Go card reader arrives, charge the Clover Go reader and plug it into your smart device.

    • Your business’ Tax Identification Number
    • Social Security number of the owner or signor(s)

    • Existing business checking account number where you’d like funds deposited, or apply for a new PNC Bank business checking account

    Important Legal Disclosures & Information

    1. You are eligible for a rebate of $50 if you incur and pay at least $50 in transaction processing fees under your PNC Merchant Services account during the three calendar months immediately following the calendar month in which your PNC Merchant Services account is approved.  If you qualify, this rebate will be issued as a credit to your funding account. One rebate per merchant.

    2. Monthly minimum service fee of $15 is waived. Monthly minimum processing fee of $10 still applies as do other fees depending upon services and equipment. Please see Merchant Processing Agreement for full list of applicable rates and fees.

    3. Qualified Card-swiped rate applies to swiped Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover® Network transactions (also sometimes referred to as card present transactions). Qualified transaction fees refer to a normal payment made on a standard credit card. Non-Qualified Card rate applies to non-swiped Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover® Network transactions (also sometimes referred to as card not-present transactions). Non-qualified transaction fees generally refer to payments that are manually entered or missing necessary information at the time of the transaction.

    4. Next-day funding on card transactions processed by PNC Merchant Services when deposited into your PNC Bank business checking account. Certain restrictions may apply. Monthly account maintenance fee waived on PNC Bank Business Checking, PNC Bank Business Checking Plus and PNC Bank Business Checking Preferred when you maintain a linked PNC Merchant Services account.

    5. Requires devices operating iOS version 8.2 and higher (oldest model supported is the 4S) or Android version 4.4 and higher. Windows Phones do not work at this time. Subject to change without notice. App will not function on a jailbroken or rooted device.

    6. Wi-Fi access or 3G capabilities required. Additional costs for 3G usage.
