How Can I Check in Digitally?

We’re bringing you an easy way to check in to a PNC branch via text message or QR code. Checking in is convenient, allows you to be in control, and know your place in line.

It's Easy

When you arrive at a PNC branch, with or without an appointment, you can let us know you have arrived.

Scan the QR code or simply text the number listed on the sign on the door to 762123.[1]

It's Flexible

By scheduling an appointment ahead of time, you can choose a time or date that’s convenient for you. Once you arrive, scan the QR code or text us to check in and enter the branch where you will be welcomed and guided to your banker.

If you are visiting us and don’t have an appointment, no worries. Simply text the number or scan the QR code listed on the door and after answering a few short questions you will be provided with your place in line. An employee will guide you to a comfortable waiting area until your banker is available.
