A fixed rate lock gives you the flexibility to lock in a specific rate and provides a consistent monthly payment for all or a portion of your line of credit balance. Transfer all or any part of your variable-rate balance of $5,000 or more to a fixed interest rate and do it online.[1]

The property securing the Choice HELOC must be located in a state where PNC offers home equity products. PNC does not offer the CHELOC product in Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada and South Dakota.

Log in to your PNC online banking account

Navigate to your Home Equity Line of Credit and select Fixed Rate Balance Management

Enter the amount you wish to transfer*, and select your repayment plan.

Sign your electronic request document. You will receive confirmation within three (3) business days.

*Transfer minimum: $5,000
