This account includes the option to establish one or more fixed rate parts during the draw period for terms of 5-30 years (except in the state of Tennessee where terms range from 5-20 years). A $100 transfer fee applies each time a fixed rate part is established or unlocked. See account terms or ask us for details.
Transfers to a Fixed Rate Part are subject to the terms of your agreement (which may include a transfer fee, which will be assessed on the first billing statement after the establishment of the Fixed Rate Part). You will have the opportunity to review and confirm the fee in Online Banking before submitting your request. If applicable, the fee will be disclosed on the Fixed Rate Part request form. Once submitted through Online Banking, a confirmation notice or an explanation of denial will be sent within 12 business days. Newly created Fixed Rate Part segments will be displayed within your Home Equity Line of Credit’s Account Activity page of Online Banking under Current Balance Summary upon confirmation. Customers must meet certain product and eligibility requirements. State restrictions may apply. For additional information about your account, please refer to your agreement or call the Customer Care Center at 1-888-762-2265.
