Order checks when you need them or have them sent automatically.

How To Order Checks

In Online Banking:{1]

  1. Select Help, then Manage Accounts.
  2. Select Order Checks and Supplies.
  3. Find the account you’re ordering for and select Order Checks and Supplies.
  4. You’ll be taken to our partner site, Harland Clarke, to choose your checks and complete your order.
  5. Allow 7-10 business days for your order to process and ship.

If you ever need to change the check design, address, phone number or other check features, you can simply stop into your PNC Bank branch.

 At this time, ordering checks is not available in the PNC Mobile app. 


Want to Get Checks Automatically When You Run Low?

We can keep track of the checks you've written that have cleared and send more checks automatically. We'll send you a notification about three months before we predict you'll run out, then mail your checks. The cost, if applicable, is deducted from your checking account.

Enroll in Automatic Check Reorder in Online Banking:
  1. You must have already placed at least one check order to be eligible, so we know what kind of checks you use.
  2. Once you’ve placed an order, select Help.
  3. Select Manage Accounts.
  4. In the Checking & Savings section, select Order Checks and Supplies.
  5. Select Enroll under Automatic Check Reorder for eligible accounts.
  6. Review the information and confirm your enrollment by selecting Enroll again.
