Important Information About Your New Private Bank Account
As of 1/31/25, we began the process of enhancing our Online Banking experience. As a PNC Private Bank client, we want to share some important information with you.
We are working to ensure that all PNC customers enjoy the new Online Banking experience, with all its features, as quickly as possible. As a result, for PNC Private Bank clients, some features may be temporarily different or unavailable:
- To view your Private Bank accounts via Online Banking, please contact your advisor and they will provide you a direct URL link to the PNC Private Bank Portfolio View site. You will log on using your online banking credentials.
- Self-service ability to grant view-only access to other individuals is not available. If access for another individual is needed, please contact your advisor.
