Personal Installment Loans and Lines of Credit Make a payment to your account using PNC Online Banking. You can schedule one-time or recurring payments. Sign on to Online Banking and select the green Make a Payment button.

Personal Installment Loan Make a payment to your account using PNC's Mobile App. You can schedule one-time, same-day payments from a PNC deposit account. Download the PNC Mobile app from your phone's app store and log in. Select your account and choose Make a Payment to schedule a payment.
Automated Payments Personal Installment Loans and Lines of Credit Enroll in the Automated Payment Program and have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your deposit account. Download, complete, and return the Automated Payment Authorization form using the instructions on the form OR call 1-888-762-2265 to have the form emailed to you to be submitted electronically.
Pay by Phone - Voice Banking[3] Personal Installment Loans Make a one-time, same-day payment using our Voice Banking service. Pay over the phone with Voice Banking by calling 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265). If paying from a non-PNC deposit account, have your account number and routing number available.
Pay by Phone - Agent Assisted Personal Lines of Credit Make a payment with a PNC Agent over the phone. Call a PNC Agent at 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265). If paying from a non-PNC deposit account, have your account number and routing number available.
In-Branch Payment Personal Installment Loans and Lines of Credit Make a payment at any
PNC Branch.
Find a PNC Branch
Visit a PNC Branch during normal branch hours to make a payment. The payment is effective as of the date the payment is made, although it may take up to 2 business days for the payment to be reflected on your account.
Mail Your Payment Personal Installment Loans and Lines of Credit Make a payment to your account by mail.
Send a check in the mail along with the payment slip provided at the bottom of your monthly billing statement. If you do not have a statement, please make sure to write your PNC account number on your check.

Customers can call a Client Loan Advisor for a status update on their personal loan application[4] at any time during hours of operation.

  • Sign on to Online Banking.
  • Click Pay and Transfer.
  • Choose PNC Payments And Advances.
  • Find your account and select the green Make a Payment button. If you're making a payment from a non-PNC account, you'll need the bank routing number and account number to add the external account.
  • Choose the appropriate Payment Date and Frequency for your future or recurring transfer.
  • Complete the rest of the request with your payment information.

Automated payments are set up through the Automated Payment Program managed by PNC. Your monthly payment is automatically drafted from your PNC or non-PNC checking or savings account each month and applied to your PNC loan or line of credit on the payment due date. To sign up for automated payments, you will need to complete, sign and return the Automated Payment Authorization Form to the fax number or mailing address listed on the form, or to a PNC branch. Once automated payments are established on your account, you will need to contact PNC in order to change, suspend, or cancel.

Recurring payments are set up by you directly through PNC's Online Banking. You can schedule a recurring payment to your PNC loan or line of credit from a PNC or non-PNC checking or savings account by clicking Make a Payment from your account activity page. With PNC Online Banking, you have the ability to manage, change or cancel your recurring payments at any time.

You can request to suspend or cancel your automated payment as long as your contact us at least three (3) business days before your next payment due date. Please call us at 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265) or visit the nearest PNC Branch.

Suspending your automated payment is a temporary option which will allow you to stop your automated payment for one month. You are still responsible for making your payment on time to avoid late fees. When you suspend your automated payment, you must make your monthly payment manually to keep your account current and allow automated payments to resume the next month.

If you chose to cancel your automated payment service, you will be responsible for making on-time payments once the automated payment has been removed from your account. Any applicable interest rate discount for automated payments will be lost, which means that your monthly payment may increase since additional interest would be charged.

You can review your payoff information for your loan through Online Banking. Once you have signed onto Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Select your loan account.
  3. Select Loan Payoff Information in the Account Actions section. You should find information regarding your loan payoff. There are some circumstances where payoff information will not be displayed. For those types of accounts, you will be directed to call us at 1-888-762-2265.

In order to close your Personal Line of Credit after payoff, please contact us at 1-877-225-5762 or visit your local branch.
