If you suspect that you've RECEIVED a fraudulent e-mail that appears to be from PNC Bank:
If you responded or disclosed your personal information to a possible fraudulent message, notify PNC Bank's Online Banking Team immediately at 1-800-762-2035 or visit us at a local branch. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET. Contact your local branch for hours of operation.
Be sure the emails, texts and phone calls you receive are from a trusted source. Do not click on links or attachments or respond with personal information unless you have verified the sender. If you suspect you’ve received a fraudulent message, take a screen shot of the message and forward it to abuse@pnc.com.
If you are a victim of identity theft, it's important that you take action immediately. If you have accounts at PNC, contact your branch or account representative, or call our toll-free number 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265) right away from to report the situation. Immediately contact your bank or card issuer if a credit or debit card is lost or stolen. Review your account agreement for details on liability.
