Annual Fee Disclosure

Annual Fee up to $500 (beginning with the 13th billing cycle after Account opening). The amount of the annual fee is based on the annual total of net purchases (defined below the table) made on the Account for the previous 12 billing cycles and can be waived if the total of net purchases for the previous 12 billing cycles is $100,000 or greater.

The term "net purchases" means the total amount of signature-based purchases, Internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, or automatic bill payments made with a card, which are processed or submitted through Visa, less returns, credits and chargebacks. Zero Liability Fraud Protection**

  • If your Visa Business card is ever lost or stolen, your company is protected against fraudulent use of the card, including transactions made via telephone or on the Internet.

Purchase Security and Extended Warranty***

  • In the event of theft or damage to an item purchased, Visa will replace, repair or reimburse up to $10,000 per claim and $50,000 per cardholder for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Extended Warranty Protection lengthens the time period of the manufacturer’s written U.S. repair warranty up to one full year on warranties of three years or less.
